German course in the evening for beginners: A1, A2, B1

You can attend all courses in person at our school in Mainz or online (live via Zoom).

In our evening German courses you will learn German twice a week from 18:00 to 20:15. You will work on speaking, reading, listening, and writing skills as well as the necessary grammar. We work with a textbook based on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), which ensures that you learn everything that is important and necessary if you want to obtain an official German certificate.

All courses are divided into two levels (A1.1, A1.2, A2.1, A2.2 etc.), which means you can also book just half a level if you wish to.

There are fixed starting dates for the individual course levels. However, you can also join an ongoing German course if your language level matches the course.

Our teachers are German native speakers and all have an academic degree in German as a foreign language.

At the end of certain levels, you have the possibility to take an internationally recognized German exam and receive an official certificate (TestDaF, telc, onSet).
